E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique) can be described as a meridian energy therapy. It was developed by Gary Craig from TFT (Thought Field Therapy) which was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan.

It involves stimulating certain miridian points on the body by lightly tapping on them, at the same time concentrating on an issue or problem which you wish to let go of.

 

 

 

It is extremely helpful in treating phobias, allergies, mental blocks and has been used successfully in treating depression and giving up smoking. It can also be used to increase confidence levels and is helpful in enhancing sports performance.
